About

Louisa aka Tenaciously She is a passionate and creative single mum who strives to make the best of what she’s got.

Previously in her high street yarn shop, The Fibre Lounge, Louisa built up a creative community with crochet and sustainability at its core, winning her the Mollie Makes Handmade Champion Award in 2018. She dedicated her time to crochet design, determined to help kick the “granny” stigma to the curb with her easy to follow crochet patterns. After the shop closed it’s doors in 2019, Louisa decided to expand her creative horizons and turned her attention and talents to transforming her home, sharing the journey on her Instagram and blog. The community she nurtured has continued to grow, and Louisa loves to share her tips and ideas for living a sustainable, affordable and mindful lifestyle, and all the highs and lows that come along with it.

The business was renamed Tenaciously She after Louisa’s best friend dubbed her tenacious as she would battle with any project until it came good.

During 2020, Louisa turned her eye for design towards her garden which she has been single handedly renovating ever since. This led to designing gardens for friends with her usual sustainably driven flair and she is now studying a degree in garden design.

She is passionate about sustainability and the environment which she incorporates into each of her designs as much as possible. Click here for more information on how she works sustainably in her garden work.
